“This place needs to be torn down as there is visible water damage that they are masking with renovation. We woke up on floor 3 with an inch of water all throughout our hotel floor. We were moved to another room where it smelled musty and humid as well. The air conditioning was old and did not cool off properly. They were renovate room next door and make noise all throughout the weekend including early mornings and Sunday evening. Stay away! The good reviews and pictures are not true.”

“Safety concerns included a gap between the exterior door and wall even after the door was closed. No peephole cover on the exterior door. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower were both empty. There was an open, used bar of soap from a previous guest. There was a tiny shampoo by the vanity which was filled with something that resembled water. Interior of the fridge was moldy. Beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Like a springboard.”

“Great location, very close to UF! Even though the hotel is in a busy area and was fully booked during college move-in weekend, the staff were still very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided in the room refrigerator, as well as coffee being available throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi could definitely be improved, but overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.”
