“The breakfast was very good, but the woman that was in the breakfast room arranging the food was extremely rude. She treated my 80 year old mother very bad. I complained to the front desk and they said many people have complained about her. I don't understand why the manager does not do anything about it. ”

“Asked to clean the room the day before and day of to three different people including the general manager. Room wasn’t cleaned. Tease you about Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies but never gave it. Get rid of the oven. Breakfast items run out and they don’t replenish.”
