“I have never had a more uncomfortable night at a hotel in my life. I know the UK is having a heat wave, but adding a cheap fan that moved less air than I could with a folded piece of paper does not constitute a decent attempt to keep guests cool. The attached pub didn't have any food, which was the main reason for booking there in the first place. Frankly I won't be staying at Premier Inn again is if this is the way they treat their guests.”

Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Lovely hotel, very old school. Beautiful orangey and the food was excellent. Comfortable rooms and really enjoyed our stay, didn’t know about the amphitheatre. Definitely go if you can, looks cool”
