Its very clean, quiet, spacious for two. We loved it and would go back again.”

“Worked great for us! Best bang for your buck!! I definitely recommend staying here. We spent Thanksgiving here & did some trail riding with a rented Expedition from in Lead. We cooked breakfast every morning & it had all the kitchen utensils you would need. The grill cover from the previous people had covered up the hot water sensor outside & I had to bug the host on Thanksgiving— he was very responsive & helped me figure it out immediately. “We felt we were being watched the entire time. We were awoken around midnight to children banging on the adjoining door and wall. We could here crying and a child crying and stating "We are locked in this room and cant get out" As soon as i turned the light on in our room it went absolutely silent. We packed our bags early the next morning and left. I definitely do not recommend. ”

“Property was unkept, unsafe, dirty. I grew up in country on a farm. I am not afraid of outdoors. This place however was dangerously unkept, unsafe from snakes crawling around under tent filled with spiders and unclean. My advise is to RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.”
