“Veey nice and clean, guy at the help desk was very friendly and my reservation went smooth. Breakfast is good (what you would except from other places) but seating lobby was above average for the way the laid out was. ”

“We stay at only this property when we are in town. The night clerk, Alen, is so warm and welcoming; the rooms are always clean; the breakfast and the water are always hot!! We cut our stay short because they were too full to accommodate us another night. Thank you!!”

“The breakfast menu choices were good! It was interesting paying for parking in their parking lot. The fire alarms went off multiple times during our stay. It wasn’t very loud in the room but there was an announcement made saying it was a false alarm.”

“Great check-in and check-out processes. Staff was professional throughout and Jamie was great during the check-in process. The property is in a convenient location near restaurants and shops. I was there with family and the room was nicely appointed, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds and quiet. ”

“This was the 3rd time staying here and I love the service that Mel provides. She has great recommendations and I always feel safe here. It's nearby many shops, a couple casinos, and not that far from some great basketball games. Will definately stay here when I'm in Norman again. ”

“Bed was hard. Asked for 2 pillows for the pullout couch (none in room) and was told there is only one in hotel available. Couch had obvious tears. Walls are thin. Other guests walking and shutting doors were constant through the night. One elevator working. ”

“I would not recommend this place. I'll skip disparaging the staff too much. Suffice it to say this is a job they don't particularly care about having. The building clearly is a remodeled nursing home. It's very dingy and depressing in the rooms. We went out for the breakfast in the morning (over an hour before breakfast ends) to find everything empty and no staff attending it. I couldn't wait to leave.”

“I paid for a hotel room online with my virtual card due to my card and wallet being stolen. I had nowhere to stay. I had already got this room in advance and they wanted me to show the card. I didn’t have the card. I asked them if I could give them any other proof and they said no so I paid that money and I still didn’t have anywhere to stay got stuck out there had to find a different hotel room didn’t have the funds on my card anymore because they already got taken out. ”
