“Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was in poor repair without a main light and the extra bed was broken.We are non smokers and they gave us a smoking room that stank of cigarettes smoke.”

“Sadly I think when we went there were less staff than required and a few things were going wrong on that day. Our rooms were not ready as the linen hadn’t arrived - but gave us a free bottle of wine for dinner to compensate so happy with that. Next day but more of a major issue! No water when it came to having a shower in the middle of the day. They did provide another room after 30mins of back and forth with reception as out in house phone didn’t work!
