Shingles Delight (14 posti letto)

Il lusso e la posizione non sono migliori di Shingles Delight. Perfettamente tenuto prato con alberi sparsi fino alla tua spiaggia sabbiosa, rendendo questo luogo ideale per godersi la vostra vacanza sul lago. Entra in un altro mondo che dista solo 55 minuti da Hornsby.

Le zucchine sono veramente una casa lontana da casa con tutti i comfort che potresti sognare. La spaziosa 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni casa ha un'abbondanza di carattere, è stato costruito per assomigliare a una casa negli Hamptons. Con i muri rivestiti in tegole, il tetto in ardesia e gli ampi spazi aperti, la qualità dell'architettura è di per sé motivo sufficiente per visitare per un weekend.

Quando vuoi rilassarti nel lusso con qualcuno di speciale o in un castello con un gruppo numeroso, questa è la location perfetta.

La cucina grande e completamente attrezzata è ideale per tutti gli chef master in erba. Un'esperienza culinaria che si affaccia direttamente sul lago fa per una romantica cena a lume di candela o si estende fino a 12 adulti per una festa gourmet. I colori del tramonto sono affascinanti mentre il sole scompare dietro il lago.

Le zucche sono un posto per la convivialità e il divertimento. Il tavolo da biliardo Abbott e Doyle di 3/4 proporrà il tuo scopo durante il riposo al camino in inverno. D'estate apri le porte con tanto prato per tutti per giocare a cricket sotto il sole o sotto i faretti di sera. Portate i vostri kayak per una pagaia o gettate una linea dalla vostra spiaggia privata per catturare qualche testa a testa o il merlano per la cena.

Le zucche sono una posizione straordinaria per l'appassionato di imbarcazioni. Sci, wakeboard e tubo tutto il giorno della baia più protetta del lago. Great house, great location

The house was lovely, very clean and well appointed. The location was amazing, beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We had a fantastic time with extended family aged from 18 to 81!! Something for all ages to enjoy.

Space for everyone

We had a wonderful time celebrating with the family. The property is spacious and has a great view of the lake. Being so close to the lake was ideal - we were able to let the children paddle in the water and play in the sand without having to bundle everyone and everything into cars. The downside of the water being close (about 50m away) was the concern that a toddler could wander too close. It would have been helpful if the back door had a screen door. The house has all the things you might need except for some flat sheets on the single beds. The beds had a fitted sheet and doona provided but on a warm night a doona was bit too warm. Overall though, the house provided us a very pleasant place to spend a family weekend together.

Happy, fun weekend to celebrate my 80th birthday!

Very suitable location to suit Family from Sydney and Family from Valentine/Belmont. The outlook and settings were great, The open access to the water and parkland was very inviting, Family enjoyed. The home was enjoyed, plenty of room for the 12 of us. The wood fire worked well, kept us warm. Much time was spent with all ages playing pool. A memorable weekend had by all.

Gorgeous and relaxing

We had a wonderful long weekend at this house. Communication with the owner was excellent, she answered all our questions before we needed to ask them. The house was lovely, older style with beautiful balconies and features in the house itself, and gorgeous views. Easy access to the water at the end of the yard. The water is quite shallow at the edge and very gradually gets deeper, so it was great for young kids. Perfect for our paddle-boards and kayaks and floating about. No air con, but plenty of excellent pedestal fans in the house, so we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to holiday!

This was our third time returning to this beautiful holiday house and again, it did not disappoint. We travel with our extended family and the rooms are such a great size. We had 14 in the house and didn’t feel cramped at all. The location is superb as it backs straight onto the lake. We hope to be back next year!

Just Perfect

Thank you for sharing your house that had absolutely nothing missing! From the spotless bedrooms and bathrooms to that incredible view... Our group was so comfortable, we could have stayed longer if we didn't have to go back to work! We had 7 adults who each had their own bed, a fully equipped kitchen which was used both nights for dinner, and a wonderful outdoor space which we were able to use for an afternoon recreational activity of "paint and sip" against that beautiful lake backdrop! Your communication throughout was always prompt and the check in and check out information was very clear and easy understand and follow. Our weekend couldn't have been any more perfect. Thank you.

Great location, big house

We stayed at this property with 3 families. There was plenty of space for all of us. The teenagers loved hanging out on the balcony. The younger kids ran around on the grass. Everyone loved the pool table. We were so impressed with the location - we spent a lot of time on kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. It was easy to access the lake from the house and to supervise kids. Kylie is a friendly and responsive host. We re-booked for next year before we left.

Great weekend for a large group

Our family group had a great weekend at the house at Bonnells Bay. It has beautiful views of Lake Macquarie, especially at sunset. It was very spacious, easily accommodating our group of 12. The pool table was very popular, great fun. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great house and location for extended family holiday

Well maintained large house adjoining a marine reserve and Lake Macquarie. Superb sunsets. Dining room windows and upstairs balcony make the most of the views. House is well equipped, beds were comfortable and the owner quickly responded to a faulty light over the BBQ and my inability to find a light switch. House was cold when we arrived (probably unused for a period of time) and the combustion heater (only heating in the house) took a couple of days to reach all the rooms. Plenty of firewood provided.

Highly recommend

I can’t recommend this place enough. The house had everything you needed and was super clean. Lots of room for activities, games or just sitting back and relaxing. Greatest location with amazing views and access to the lake. Kylie was an amazing host with great communication. Everything was easily explained and had no dramas at all. Highly recommend this place and will hopefully be staying here again soon.

Amazing location

Everything was so nice! Went there with a bunch of church friends for just a small retreat. It was a little hot but it was ok with the breeze and the fans, and we got quite lucky with the lovely weather and the sky was so clear. This made the sunsets amazing to watch! We had picnics and bible studies in the backyard and had a dip in the water which was nice. Kylie was also lovely and answered all our queries promptly and the check in process was super easy. We made some great memories and will definitely consider staying again!

Excellent place for bigger group.

Very big and nice house. Perfect for a bigger group of friends or family. Location is amazing with direct access to lake. Host was nice and very well organised. Just a tip for a bigger crew it more 11/12 sleeping places max (not for 14) so just bring some mattress.
