'Summer Breeze' is a beautiful 2-bedroom unit located within minutes from the beautiful Bar Beach.

The location offers fantastic attractions at your doorstep including Merewether Beach, Dixon Park and Bar Beach, iconic Merewether Baths, Beaches Hotel, Merewether Surf House, Anzac Memorial walk, and a multitude of cafes, bars, shopping, and restaurants within minutes’ of the unit.

This two-bedroom property has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Located 4 minutes away from one of the best beaches in Australia, you can enjoy Merewether Beach and the infamous Merewether Ocean Baths which are practically on your doorstep.

The property sits at the rear of the property giving a sense of peace and privacy, yet the location is fabulous for early morning surfs, and swims or strolls along the beachfront any time you like. Offering a sense of peace and privacy, it's beautifully light-filled courtesy of its north-westerly aspect with an open plan living area and modern kitchen that flows to a sun-kissed balcony with lovely leafy outlook.

After a day at the beach relax on the balcony with a glass of your favourite beverage be it a coffee, tea, a fragrant Hunter Valley wine or a boutique beer from Port Stephens whilst you decide what is for dinner.

Dinner choices are extensive being within easy walking distance to The Junction. You can also catch a taxi/uber to Newcastle. Want something a little closer, then look no further. You will find a multitude of different establishments all within minutes of the property. The Prince of Merewether is just around the corner, whilst Talulah Bar provides meals in a homely environment. Walk along Darby St and find the Hotel Delany, Three Monkeys Café, Sushi Revolution, and more.

Family Holiday

The apartment is a fantastic base to all of what Newcastle has to offer…. close to the beaches, coastal walks, shopping centres and major attractions. Located in a quiet neighbourhood the apartment was lovely, had natural sunlight, clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was provided that was needed for a short stay. The only issue was the shower head which unfortunately had poor pressure . This I’m sure is a simple fix. Highly recommend this Apartment for value & a central base.

Our stay was in the winter and the apartment is very cold. There is a heater in the living area but nothing in the bedrooms. The bedding was suited to warm weather not winter temperatures. Had we stayed in a different (warmer) season we would have enjoyed our stay much more.
