Case in affitto a Newcomb

“Easy and affordable”

“Details were impressive: from utensils in kitchen, to softness of bedsheets. Would stay there again.”

“This home is a history lesson. Built more than 100 years ago, you see hand-hewn beams supporting the second floor, floors made up of varying-width boards, rooms large enough for their intended purpose without empty space. We were both intrigued and overwhelmed by the vast differences in home building then and now. That era saw families and neighbors coming together to fill a need. “The lodge was exactly as described. Clean and well maintained. Enough space for 9 (3 generations) without annoying each other! We all enjoyed the firepit and playing cornhole at night. It has a secluded feeling while still being 5 min from stores and restaurants. Gale was friendly and responsive to any questions. We would absolutely stay there again!”

“We had a last minute cancellation of a rental house and needed a place close to Gore that allowed pets. This house was great and Irene was very accommodating, making sure we enjoyed our stay. Check in was super smooth, location was close to Gore, with a pet friendly home and surrounding area. ”

“Cute house and great location!”

“Our 3rd time staying here and it's always wonderful!”

“Fantstic rental. Had everything we needed and more. Super comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen, bath and firewood. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night.Adults and kids really enjoyed ourselves. Easy access to the Olympic Venus. Highly recommend Camp Kahuna. Communication with Joy was fast.”

“Great for friend group for local attractions”

Also, we contacted the host directly - once via text and once via phone and he didn't get back to us either time. Lastly, when we booked this room we had no idea it was actually a motel room. We were in a building with multiple single rooms and it was very loud during the night with people coming in...

“Our second annual Lake Placid weekend in the books! Skiing, dinners out, ice castles explored, and lots of laughs and fun inside a cozy, comfortable, clean home, perfect for family and friends! Will be back again next year! Highly recommend!”
