“My staying was great but I had to use the laundry room and washing was great but drying was horrible. I took out couple clout”

“I travel frequently for work and understand that older hotels will naturally show wear and tear. Age isn’t the issue here. The issue is cleanliness and maintenance. The room was in rough shape. The walls were covered in scuff marks, stains, dents, and numerous patched areas where repairs had clearly been made over the years. Many of the repairs appeared to have simply been painted over. The security latch on the door was extremely loose, the furniture was heavily worn, one lamp appeared damaged,...
