“Room was clean, had an issue with the first room but it was quickly and pleasantly resolved by the staff on duty at quite an unpleasant hour of the night as we checked in quite late. Very happy with the service and the second room we got was perfect.”

“The property is in good condition and everything was very clean and smelling good. Service excellent. The room I booked was in the basement level, which wasn’t obvious when booking. I chose to keep blinds closed part time for privacy since the windows were at street level and it was possible for passers-by to see into the room. Having a space devoid of natural light (I accept this was my choice) was not ideal. I probably wouldn’t have booked this room knowing where it was located. One issue...

“I had no cold water on day one so o could not shower. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet, the hot food is dreadful, eggs were powdered the bacon was boiled, not seared and was mostly fat. Breakfast sausage the next day was…. Well, inedible (boiled, not seared and tasted awful. Most of my hot food went into the garbage as did that of the others I was staying with. “The staff was very helpful and quick to address any questions or concerns we had. The room was very clean but the hallway did have an odour that was not pleasant. Besides the room we did not use any amenities like the gym so not fair to comment or judge on these items.”
