Hotel vicino a Newport Aquarium - Cincinnati

“The checking was kind of challenging because of the roundabouts around the hotel it's easy to miss where you pull in and have to go all the way back around I thought the hotel had parking but it turns out they share a space what they health officer something so you have to pay an additional $15 to park and then you have to get some type of ticket anytime you take your car in and out the garage it was a problem with my TV I could not get it to turn on to the channels there was no signal I called...

“The breakfasts each morning were amazing. They were better than any of the restaurants we went to on our trip. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and location was great for exploring both Covington and Cincinnati. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars. Despite a couple glitches in our stay, the night manager was quick to address our issues and resolve them more than satisfactorily ”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). “Very convenient, garage easy to park and transport luggage, Great location, restaurants, aquarium within a block”

“This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”
