“Room had crushed chips on floor by bed. Air conditioner worked great, but made a loud whistling sound when running.”

“Room 417 smelled like stool. We alerted the front desk, and they walked back to our room with us and agreed it smelled like bowel. Left us to spray and said they were full and could not change our room. ”

“The hotel is superb and the services are well organized despite the limitations of COVID. However, the added value of the hotel comes from the staff who are always available and make you feel cared for and looked after. The attention of the staff to the safety of the guest and the respect of the rules of prevention for COVID is remarkable. Compliments.”

“The breakfast was good. The room was great! The location met our needs. There was still snow on the ground and we were able to walk to restaurants and Covington's Main Street.”

“Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! ”

“Only issue we had was there was a smell in the hallways and in the bathroom. Kind of a sewage smell or old water not sure. And also the parking. The parking garage was full and we had to find street parking which was difficult when you’re not familiar with the area. Especially on a Saturday night. Other than that everything was fine. Would stay here again. ”
