From the living and dining area step out onto the rooftop patio in the evening to grill on the BBQ or enjoy the fire pit while relaxing on the plush seating couch.The best part of this home is that every Bedroom has an attached Bathroom.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
