This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house is the ideal home for comfort and convenience, offering you a perfect stay that is just steps from the sand. Inside the home, the cozy living room, with its warm fireplace, creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. The large sliding door opens up to your private balcony, providing the perfect spot for dining or simply unwinding while enjoying the fresh ocean air.

The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for meals, plus a BBQ grill, so you can enjoy beachside cooking with ease.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. It's a great space for cooking, with everything you need right at your fingertips, so you can enjoy meals at your own pace.

BEDROOMS:
The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a peaceful stay after a day of beach fun. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the second & third bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. Both bathrooms are clean and updated, providing all the essentials you need for a refreshing start to your day or winding down in the evening.

However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!

Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
