Welcome to The Balboa Collection - your new favorite beachfront retreat in Newport Beach! This beautiful, newly renovated 1-bedroom suite is located right on the sand, offering unparalleled views of the beach from the world-famous Wedge to the iconic Balboa Pier. Step outside, and you're just moments away from endless beach activities - boogie boarding, surfing, biking, or simply strolling along the boardwalk. Explore the nearby oceanfront park, savor a coffee at one of the many local cafes, or enjoy a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant.

This stunning 1-bedroom suite is perfect for a small family or a couple's getaway, comfortably accommodating 2 adults and up to 2 children. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the living room offers a pullout couch that converts into a double bed.

- Located in a 10-unit apartment building with other tenants and guests. The Balboa Boardwalk is also directly in front of the building. Although we encourage all guests to be mindful of their volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a completely quiet stay.

The Balboa Collection is a 10-unit beachfront building housing unique vacation rental homes. For larger groups or multi-family vacations, there are three other oceanfront units available in the same building, including one directly across the hall. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a family vacation, this location offers the perfect setting.
