“Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.”

The place is well-appointed, carefully maintained, and remarkably clean — it’s clear that the owners care about the house and making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, a short drive from the beach, bird sanctuary, grocery store, etc. The pictures really don’t do justice to the enormous backyard/garden. And Jack couldn’t have been friendlier or more hospitable. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!”

Walking to the Middletown end of First Beach takes about 10 minutes!This cottage has been thoughtfully remodeled.
