Case in affitto a Newport

“This was a great place to stay for my daughter’s birthday. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 teenagers.”

“I booked a week stay at the birds nest. I ended up only staying 2 nights of my reservation as the WiFi wasn’t robust enough for my work, the shower didn’t work, and the AC didn’t work. The host was ok with the stay cancelation and even filled the rest of my stay with other guests through another platform. The host asked me to leave an hour early the morning of my departure as well. I have texts with the host that prove I was not there my whole stay and also that the shower didn’t work and I also...

“We had such a relaxing time at this beautiful property! Very clean & stocked with everything you need from the house down to the river with paddle boards and kayaks. Very gracious hosts and communication was smooth from checking in to checking out.”

“We appreciated in having two bathrooms. The home was small but well balanced and decorated so you didn’t feel cramped. There were spices and oils for cooking and plenty of pots and pans. We will definitely rent this place again.”

“Had an excellent stay with the perfect location, comfort of home, and amazing host. We will be back and can’t wait to stay again! Thank you again so much. ”

“Everything was great and the homemade bread was delicious”

“This place was very clean and very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable I loved it.”

“Stayed here while our family transitioned into a local rental home, and enjoyed being out in a peaceful area. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for us and our kids. Very big yard area for kids and dogs to run!”

“Relaxing place to spend some time.”

“This was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. From reservation through check out was smooth and simple. The house itself is so great. The views alone are worth it. We will be back for sure. ”

“The hosts were very kind and the house was clean. I will say, it is not kid friendly. There is a large staircase to get into the house and no play area for kids. All the beds sit high off the ground and 2 of them are in the same room. It is great for adults and for not spending a lot of time in it. There is no tv, and only a pot and pan for cooking. This is also a guest house so the host lives right next door and are around during your stay. Again, they are very nice, just something to consider....

“Great location, very nice townhome. We really liked having a bathroom in each bedroom and another half bath downstairs. The patio was nice and loved the coffee bar. I also appreciated all the extra amenities, in case you forgot something. This is a really great place to stay and we’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the area. It was a very good value for the price.”

“Great place for a family vacation.”

“The rental was great for our family. We especially liked being able to put our vehicle in a garage during our stay and appreciated the host's efforts for alleviating the poor air quality by including an air purifier in the living room. Communication and signage at the property helped with tech and such.”

“Beautiful and cozy stay for any family! This welcoming home is right on the water with easy access to the beach and docks. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Only reason for docking a stat was the slightly inaccurate listing- it stated no hidden fees but then we were hit with a 100 cleaning fee and a 53 occupancy fee. We were also told the day before check in that there was a 10/guest/day fee to use the beach. I did discuss these issues with the host and they said they would fix the...

“Great place for two family's.”

“Great location, very close to Silverwood Park.”

“Townhouse was clean and matched property description perfectly. Parking was a little tight with the neighbors but managable”
