Chalet a Newport

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”

“It was our first time in Atlantic Beach and we loved it, the hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly, they do not accept cash and I had to go to a nearby bank but the girls checked me in and gave me the keys to access the room, they were very understandable, we could not use the pool because it was being cleaned since it was green but due to the location of the hotel it is a few steps from the beach we do not need the pool, I thank the staff for their support and services. “All I can say is the sheets were clean and it was surprisingly quiet. Other than that the owners need to slice off some profits and either clean and repair it, or have it torn down.”
