Possediamo e gestiamo diverse proprietà sull'isola di Aquidneck che offrono affitti notturni, settimanali e mensili.

Thames Street è un condominio con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni situato nel cuore del centro di Newport. Questa è una proprietà al secondo e terzo piano, direttamente sopra i negozi al dettaglio. Ogni camera ha un letto king size ognuna con un bagno adiacente. La proprietà può ospitare 6 persone in totale. Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni al secondo piano. C'è una camera da letto, un bagno, un accogliente soggiorno in cucina e un soggiorno al terzo piano. È possibile accedere al ponte sul tetto (stagionale) dal terzo piano. I serramenti AC sono installati in alta stagione estiva. Un posto auto fornito sulla proprietà.

This was such a great place to stay! We enjoyed visiting Newport for a couple of days before Christmas. It’s centrally located downtown. We enjoyed just walking out the front door and being able to walk down the Main Street and nearby shops. The single parking spot directly in back of the building was very easy. Public parking spots are also nearby, but we didn’t need that.It was nice to have a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom! The bedrooms were spacious and comfy. The upper level kitchen/living area was awesome. The roof deck is a great addition, though we were not home much before dark to use it. I would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay again someday!

The house is right on Thames street, which is prime location! Was very nice to be able to park the park for the weekend and then just walk everywhere. The street can be very loud at times, but having air conditioning unit in every room toned the sound out for the most part. The house had all the essentials which made it easy to pack. No need to lug around shampoo body’s wash etc. The house is definitely older and some rooms are not level. The roof deck could def use some love. The listing needs to be updated cause it’s three bedroom three baths and some parts of this listing says 2, but when messaging to confirm I receive very quick responses. I would stay in this house again and highly recommend.

Three couples booked this property for a wedding. Our trip was in June, Father's day weekend. This was the perfect spot for our needs and the size of our group. We walked to breakfast, and to some of the wedding activities. The morning of the wedding, the guys went downstairs and got a haircut. The location was super convenient. We had the one parking spot, and the 2 other couples found a lot nearby to park an leave their car. We had a great time and were very happy with our location. This is a great place to stay. There are stairs and there is a lot of noise on the streets - either trucks early in the morning or late night walkers. But we expected this since we were in the heart of the shopping, restaurants and bars. I sleep with a sound machine, so I wasn't bothered by the noise.

The vrbo was not clean. There was still laundry in the washing machine. We asked for an extra set of linens before we arrived which weren’t provided. For our event we could have been further off the Main Street which is loud.

Good location, lots of space, needs upkeep

On Thames, the location is wonderful. There’s plenty of space and the room unit A/Cs work well. Beds are comfy & kitchen is usable to cook. The property is clean, but needs upkeep and updating. The house is peeling paint, roof deck is splintering, curtain holders are pulled out of walls, marks on the walls from other people’s luggage bumping, etc.

Fantastic, Safe, and Simple

Our group had a fantastic time and loved the property. This time of year in Newport creates a different travel experience and doing a little homework ahead of time really helped with the trip. Newport is a great place to visit and the property served it’s purpose perfectly. The host maintained communication and all questions and concerns were addressed in good time. Additionally, I forgot an item behind that was both valuable and important. The host contacted me and made me aware of that and I was able to get the item back quickly. I am very thankful to the host, have no complaints, and highly recommend the property!

Girl’s weekend

We are a group of 5 friends who have known each other for over 40 years. We get together every February and go on a girl’s only weekend trip. This property was a perfect location…lots of shopping, restaurants, mansion tours, the ocean, etc. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun time.

Wonderful holiday vacation

Perfect location, cozy bedrooms and a wonderful stay. Spent 6 days in Newport right before Christmas. Could walk to almost everything and when we drove the parking spot was a huge plus. We really lucked out with the weather & had several beautiful days. But even on the last rainy day we walked & shopped all day. My kids loved having their own rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the upper deck was a huge plus even in winter. I appreciated the space heater by the bathroom. Newport is magical during the holidays and I highly recommend Yachting Village.

Convenient, just a bit noisy

We had a mixed experience. Third floor was nice and we enjoyed having our own bathrooms. Drawbacks: 2nd floor bedrooms noisy from street traffic and heating system, so we had a hard time sleeping. Unfortunately, my sheets were not clean and I had to unexpectedly change the sheets at bedtime. Overall, pro's and con's.
