Beautiful house, with plenty of kitchen necessities. Only thing we disliked was the gravel road entrance of over a mile long, lack of useable boat ramp, and parking close to the house with boat trailers. Was very doable with a marina within 15 minutes. Just wasn’t what we thought we were getting with five boats total. The dock was very nice. Very nice pool with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

Lovely Family Vacay Spot

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay this past weekend. We stayed four days and we were able to get around to where we needed to fairly quickly. The villa is beautiful and picturesque with the lake and forest views. Josh was awesome and was very responsive with updates and requests we had while there. 10/10 recommend!

Great Wedding Party House

The house was amazing with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen had so much space for preparing the food for the rehearsal dinner! And the view spectacular!! Would recommend and so much want to stay again!!

Beautiful and spacious

This property was very spacious with an outstanding view. The host responded fast. There was an issue with the power in 3 rooms, but we flicked the breaker, so it was an easy fix for the most part. The water was so silky. The neighbors were nice. The pool area was clean. We will be staying again!!

Perfect family vacation

The house was clean and roomy with a plethora of things to do near by. If you dont want to leave you can fish or swim right off dock. If you have a boat even better. We had 9 cousins in all. Went home with great memories.

Great Vacation

This property was in a great location on Douglas Lake. Our family could choose to go boating or just stay at the property and swim in either the beautiful infinity pool or off of the dock in the lake. The house was plenty big enough for our large family.

Great vacation

We had our entire family come and stay (kids, parents, grandparents, uncles cousins etc) and everyone enjoyed it! 40 mins or so drive from Gatlinburg/pigeon forge area. We had some storms affect power and Alan was on it and very accommodating/did everything he could to help. This is our second time staying here and we are planning another. Hassle free, drama free, fun family trip!

Family vacay 2022

The villa and property was gorgeous. Enough room for the 17 of us. We were able to rent a pontoon for a couple days and be on the lake which is so terrific. The family had the best time in the pool and hot tub. Josh was great to work with in regards to renting the villa but also the boat and took the best care of us. Couldn’t have asked for any better service. Will definitely be back. ❤️ Douglas Lake TN.

Great lakehouse

Plenty of room in the villa for our three families and great amenities. pool and hot tub were a favorite hang for the kids. Having boat slip was great, but was bummed we couldn't launch from the property (too tight a turn). Only suggestion I would make on the villa - main living room needs a TV and coffee table. Other than that, we had everything we needed! Would recommend for sure.

Five Star Lake House

We have rented several lake houses over the years but Smoky Mountain Resorts provides the ultimate vacation. Our house provided 5 bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 bunk rooms. Perfect for our family! The house was clean and the kitchen well appointed. Between the pool and the lake, we had lots of options to enjoy. We loved using the free kayaks and paddle boards or swimming in the lake. While the villas are located on the lake’s main channel, there is very little traffic on the lake. Swimming felt very safe. For a break, we enjoyed the beautiful pool. The view of the lake from the entire resort is amazing. We can’t wait to go back.

Great Stay for All Ages

We had a great time at the property, Josh was very helpful and attentive. The home was a perfect fit for us. We took advantage of renting the Pontoon and tube, as well as the golf cart. I highly recommend renting all items. The pool was a great place for us to hang out and visit as well.

Beautiful Lake Home Enjoyed By Our Family of 16

The home was exactly as described and more. We have a family of 16. 2 Grandparents and our 4 grown children with their families. Grandkids ranged from 2-13. The lake home allowed for grown siblings to sit and talk with a beautiful view. The downstairs game room allowed for Mimi to play games with the grandkids. Cousins that did not know each other well became friends. This was a perfect place to relax and build relationships with family. We were all very pleased! We rented a boat for 2 days and the kids and grandkids tubed. To our surprise, there were free paddleboards and a kayak by the marina. The paddleboard pics are some of our favorites. A great place!! Very clean and management super friendly and quick to respond to any request. Our memories and bonding as a family.. priceless!

Great place with magnificent views. It was clean and fresh upon arrival. Cabin had all the basics we needed. Josh was awesome!! Attentive and responsive to our requests. Would definitely book again during the summer months to enjoy the lake.

Looooved our stay!

We loved our stay! It awesome for each of our small families to have their own bathrooms especially because we have teens. There are a ton of steps down to the lake and dock which is to be expected but I’d recommend renting a golf cart to avoid that. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the only reason I marked 4* on accuracy of listing is because the villa we had does not have a fooseball table like described. Owners were quick to respond, lake was beautiful. We plan on coming back and will stay again!

50th Anniversary Celebration

This is a terrific property with unbeatable lake views. Josh, the property manager was prompt and very attentive and he dealt with the couple of minor issues very quickly. The additional golf cart rental saved the day for us since there was a prior leg injury thus making it possible for all to enjoy all aspects of the property. Would definitely rent here again.

Absolutely wonderful

This vacation home is truly excellent. The house is so new, that everything is lovely and clean; there is so much room also, that everyone felt spread out, and had plenty of room between a couple of living areas, and many bedrooms. Great for large groups. And then there's the pool! Wow, whoever designed this infinity pool should get a medal .... the view was phenomenal, the pool area was just lovely, and all in all, the pool is the 'wow factor' that I don't think many places could replicate. On top of all this, the views are sublime, and the location is ideal. We felt like we were "away", which is great (bring all your own food so you don't have to go out to any stores), and I can't recommend this place highly enough. The people that run it were truly lovely also, all in all, a 5/5 experience.
