When we checked in the 2nd time, first time room was not ready, was told they had a broken water pipe so did not have water for a few hours. around midnight some one was gunning their car to make it back fire and then around 2:15 AM some men decided to chat in the hall way till around 3AM. So did not have a very restful sleep ”

“Parking was fine. The room was horrible. Great that we had a kitchen, but the beds, both the murphy bed and the sofa bed were SO uncomfortable. Both of them felt as if you were sleeping on direct springs. For the cost of the stay, regardless of the room choice, I would have thought there were more comfortable options. Never once was our room cleaned or were we even brought more towels. Staff at the front desk (the two ladies we spoke with) were not kind at all. I know they were busy but they...

“Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. “We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our daughter absolutely loved sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, which was such a sweet little highlight for us. We’d definitely come back again.”
