Cottage rustico situato nella splendida fattoria costiera

Il Coach House è un cottage rustico esposto a sud con una splendida vista sulle colline Preseli. Si trova in un cortile privato e appartato della fattoria di Ffynnonofi, una volta sede del film di John Huston Moby Dick. Il cottage è stato recentemente ristrutturato con pavimenti in cotto, pareti bianche, riscaldamento a pavimento, un'accogliente stufa a legna e una grande camera da letto matrimoniale con un piccolo bagno privato. E 'situato in posizione superba per il sentiero costiero del Pembrokeshire e ha la sua spiaggia privata a pochi minuti a piedi attraverso i nostri campi. Ci sono aree dove sedersi al sole e fare un barbecue e posti a sedere in punti soleggiati sparsi per gli edifici della fattoria e il giardino. Il cottage si sviluppa su due piani. Il piano terra è un piano aperto che lo rende un posto accogliente per preparare cibo e mangiare mentre la stufa a legna sta bruciando. C'è una scrivania e un 'area di lavoro' per coloro che vogliono fare qualcosa di creativo o magari raggiungere il lavoro. Il piano superiore ha una camera matrimoniale principale con un piccolo bagno privato e una piccola stanza di riposo (spogliatoio). C'è un bagno più grande con doccia e vasca al piano terra. L'atmosfera del cottage è rustica e troverete vecchie coperte gallesi, davanzali in ardesia locale e travi in ​​legno di quercia piuttosto che tappeti puliti!

Had a magical stay at The Coach House, Ffynnonofi; the cottage is stylish, comfortable, exceptionally well equipped, in a relaxing, atmospheric setting, close to the magnificent Pembrokeshire coast.Our stay was both peaceful and therapeutic.We found Aradhana and Mike to be considerate, engaging hosts, providing warm hospitality to guests whilst balancing the impact on the local environment and ensuring their eco values are respected. We look forward to a return visit, hopefully later in the year.

A beautiful retreat

A fusion of rustic simplicity, midcentury modern furniture and upcycled finds, the cottage doesn't disappoint. It's location is stunning too with rugged coastal accessible direct from the cottage. We hope to come back again soon!

Uplifting experience in close proximity to nature

The coach house sits in an amazing habitat, a long term rewilding project for owners Aradhana and Mike. The birdsong is the first thing you notice on arrival, and a host of butterflies among the wildflowers. The stars are unbelievable - crystal clear in an inky sky. If you need rest and recuperation, this is just the place. The owners commitment to sustainability is admirable and makes you think again about how you are living. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

This is a wonderful place, and the host was kind, helpful, and highly responsive throughout. We came to see the cliffs and be quiet for a few days, and it was the perfect spot for that.

Idyllic!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Coach House was really well equipped and very comfortable and cosy. It had something really special that made staying in at night, cooking and curling up by the fire a most attractive option! We explored the local area and did a few walks, both coastal and inland. All was spectacular and very memorable. Aradhana and Mike were very welcoming and communication was great. We would come back in a heartbeat! xx

Lovely place

We had a gorgeous couple of days exploring this part of Pembrokeshire which we didn’t know at all. Newport is an enchanting small seaside town full of delicious foody shops and galleries. St David’s Cathedral and the ruined bishops Palace with all the history of the site are astonishing and and a revelation! The cottage was ideal for exploring this area.

Wonderful accommodation in beautiful position

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves stating in this beautifully restored and furnished coach house. The location was on the coastal path with amazing scenery all around. Local town of Newport had everything you need good eateries and a very good coffee shop. Very convenient for many beautiful coast and inland towns and villages. Thank you Mike Perry.

Can’t recommend enough for recharging, away from the rat race!

Had an amazing week, and just what the doctor ordered. Perfect for enjoying a slower pace of life. There was only one day we didn’t swim! Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire if you would like to or equally plenty on your doorstep to not have to leave if that’s what you want! Peaceful Easter break

Truly relaxing

We had a fantastic stay, a wonderfully curated house full of beautiful things. A peaceful place to relax and unwind. Located perfectly for long coastal walks or visiting the rest pembrokeshire. The local beach is a real gem. Mike and Aradhana were very welcoming and friendly. We definitely will return.

A peaceful and restorative haven on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast

This was our second visit to the coach house and we fell in love all over again with this beautifully restored haven. From the minute we arrived to Mike’s warm welcome, we felt the stresses of the last year slip away, surrounded by birdsong and wildflowers as all around. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will be back!

Peace in Pembrokeshire

We loved our stay at Ffynnonofi Farm... a haven of total tranquility. The Coach House has been carefully and sympathetically converted in line with Mike and Aradhana's concern for the environment and their love of the local area. Beautiful old terracotta stone floor throughout the open plan living/kitchen area downstairs, with the woodburning stove keeping us toasty warm and a giant sofa to stretch out on - bliss after a day of walking along the nearby Welsh Coast Path. The north Pembrokeshire coastline is stunning and easily accessed on foot from the cottage. Linear walks along the coast are also possible using the bus - the nearest stop is a short walk from the cottage. So too is a well stocked shop. There's no need to even move the car during your stay! Nearby Newport is a delightful small town with plenty of shops and places to eat, plus a pretty harbour and a broad, long sandy beach We hope to return...sooner rather than later.

Fanatstisch

Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Umgebung ist wundervoll, die Lage des Couchhouses fantastisch, Mike und Aradhana sind sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und können Ausflüge in der Gegend empfehlen. Die Atmösphäre auf dem Grundstück ist ruhig und entspannt. Das sympathische hübsche Newport ist schnell erreichbar und perfekt für Einkäufe. Man wohnt direkt am Küstenwanderweg. Der "eigene" Beach ist eine Wucht! Sofort würden wir wiederkommen.
