This art gallery has been converted into a Loft-Style apartment. Creating a playful child-like environment that all ages can enjoy!

Experience the first planned community in the United States. The drawing plans began between 1880-1890 with this building being erected in 1918. We feel everyone should EXPERIENCE @Hilton_Hood, #HiltonHood.

This building is over 100 years old. You will see original brick entry and original wood floors. You will also see modern updates. The bedroom is cozy, you will experience how they lived in the early 1900's making the most of intimate spaces and their version of an open floor plan.

This loft is great for families and extended stays. We've equipped this loft with amenities to support a 365-day reservation and a fabulous flex-cation. We can't wait to host you!

This art studio gallery has been converted into a loft style apartment. It is located on the second floor in a business district. You will have complete access to this space, no shared rooms. This indoor wonderland and the forest is all yours to enjoy. This loft is ideal for flexcations and long-term stays.

Because this is a business district with a business office/establishment located on the first floor the quite times are from 8am-5pm. This quite time is strict and enforced. See House Rules and Community Guidelines for more details.

This is the first planned community in the United States! Therefore, is has earned the title as the very 1st neighborhood. The street is lined with buildings designed in the late 1800's and erected in 1916-1918 and beyond. Everything is right outside your door: restaurants, shopping, roller rink, night club, live theater, antique stores and even an ice cream parlor. If you want to remain in the neighbor-HOOD you will have everything you need with the major grocery store, Food Lion, within walking distance. If your heart so desires, you can venture to the fishing pier, beach, wooded trails, outdoor amphitheater, the lake or our coveted Noland Trail Park.

Late fees apply starting at 10:01 am. Fees are $150 per hour and they are charged to the card on file starting at 10:01 am.


This is a mixed-use building. There is a business establishment on the 1st floor. The apartment is located above the business on the 2nd floor. Therefore, there is a strict quiet time from 8am-5pm.
-No loud music, no loud noise.
-No parties - or guests not on the reservation. We will escort you off the property, fine you an administrative fee of $2,000.00 and your will not receive a refund for your stay. If need be the police will be contacted.
-No events.
-No local visitors.
-No more than five persons in the home per reservation, violation of this will result in $500 fine per day of your reservation. Eviction. No refund.
-Everyone in the loft/apartment/home must be on the reservation. If they are not. Eviction. No refund.

-No pets
-No smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes & no burning of any kind including sage, incense, etc. This will result in additional cleaning fee is $350 per day
-No modifications. Once your reservation is confirmed no modifications can be made to your reservation without additional fees, administrative fee, cleaning fee, etc.

-Please take the trash to the trash can located right outside the back door during your stay. We have provided extra trash bags.
-Please use the designated bin inside the unit for recycle. You can leave the recycle bag in the unit, we will take it to the recycling plant after your stay.
-Please tells us If you need something during your stay, please let us know, we may have it on hand, and want to accommodate you as much as possible.
-Please let us know if you have any questions.

Camera: On the alarm panel, located at the check-in desk. The check-in desk is located near the living room. This camera is NOT on. This camera can be activated at the request of our flexcation guests. If camera is activated, it will record during an alarm event or a fire.

Parking is street or lot parking. Please read and follow posted signs. We are not responsible for towed or damaged vehicles.

We are committed to creating a clean and refreshing environment for you. This includes scheduled pest control. If any of our services are scheduled during your stay you will be made aware as soon as possible and our staff will accompany service personnel while they are on the premises. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Your privacy is our top priority.

ATTENTION: This place is ideal for a 365 day reservations and extended flexcations. It is great for families. And pets are a possibility just ask your hosting specialist.
