Parcheggio assegnato per 1 auto, a 100 metri di distanza. Vietato fumare. Porth View è una moderna casa a schiera sul lato opposto situata nel parco di un hotel. La proprietà sfrutta al meglio la sua posizione elevata con viste mozzafiato su Porth Beach e sul mare.

    Internamente, la struttura offre un luminoso e arioso soggiorno open space, cucina e sala da pranzo che è arredata secondo uno standard elevato in tutto. La zona giorno dà anche accesso a un balcone con vista sul mare. Una camera da letto ha porte finestre che conducono ad un giardino recintato con una zona coperta arredata, ideale per cenare all'aperto.

    La proprietà si trova su un promontorio privato e recintato di 17 acri. Dal parco vi è un accesso diretto alla spiaggia e su una rete di spettacolari passeggiate costiere. Porth Beach è una spiaggia appartata e sabbiosa ed è ideale per le famiglie in quanto la spiaggia è considerata da molti una delle più sicure in Cornovaglia per nuotare.

    I più avventurosi potrebbero voler visitare Lusty Glaze Beach con il suo centro avventura con surf, coasteering e kitesurf. C'è anche un ristorante e un barbecue sulla spiaggia disponibili per sfamare le bocche affamate dopo una giornata piena di adrenalina.

    L'hotspot del surf, Fistral Beach, è a breve distanza in auto e vanta alcune delle migliori condizioni di navigazione nel Regno Unito. Il centro di Newquay è facilmente raggiungibile e qui troverete una vivace città piena di negozi, caffetterie e ristoranti.

We had a wonderful time here - the property had everything we needed and the quiet location was wond

We had a wonderful time here - the property had everything we needed and the quiet location was wonderful. Listening to the sea and birds each day was very calming. The beach is easy to walk to from the property and Newquay town is only a couple of minutes away. We'll be sure to visit here again.

Needs a lick of paint where peeling off the wall .oven trays need to be checked as one was showing burnt marks where a previous holiday maker hadn’t cleaned it properly . I did try to clean it

All good except not exactly as in photos - suspect pictures from another house on the plot used. Windows and some of the oven ware dirty. Gym availability was not operational as hotel had long closed. However the house was lovely in itself and useful location near to beach and the town if required. A nice property, unfortunately the weather wasn't good, we were there through Storm Alex.

A nice property, unfortunately the weather wasn't good, we were there through Storm Alex. We're not young, in our 70s and hanging on to each other with a strong wind wasn't our best time. Having said that we made it to Porth Beach once and took the dog, he loved it. Probably for us we wouldn't go again only because of our ages. Kevin (management) was helpful when I asked him a question which is always good when you can get a reply to a query. All in all a pleasant stay but not for us again. We loved the apartment, and were very happy there.

We loved the apartment, and were very happy there. Our only Complaint was that the bathrooms smelt horrible. As soon as you walked in, there was a smell or sewage in the whole apartment, which we realised straight away was from the bathroom attached to the double room. We aired it out and flushed the toilets / ran the shower multiple Times and kept windows open which helped, but every time we came back, we noticed the smell on arrival. Besides that, the place was very clean, comfortable, and had a great balcony. The garden is very small (much smaller than photos suggest) , but this was not a problem. The location is incredible, and we had views of the sunrise over porth beach from Our balcony, which was beautiful. I would certainly come back again .. if something was done about the smell. Fabulous views.

Fabulous views. Access to porth beach at low tide via steps. Very comfortable warm and welcoming apartment with balcony and own little garden which is great if you want to take dogs. Great walk to watergate bay and across porth beach. Apartment very well equipped and nicely done - clean and modern bathrooms and bedrooms. Will definitely return ! 😀

The location is amazing, just out of Fistral town. There are plenty of beaches to choose from including Lusty Glaze right on the door step. The house is great everything you need.

Beautiful house and location.

Beautiful house and location. Small gestures thoughtful and appreciated included fairy liquid, cloths surfing boards, deck chairs. Small negatives - pet hair all over sofa and everywhere, bathroom bin bit emptied.
