This truly unique coastal escape has been exquisitely decorated and furnished, featuring sleek furniture, quirky, nautical-themed accessories, statement wallpapers, and bespoke design elements. The spacious abode has a reverse-level layout, with the four gorgeous bedrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there are also two shower rooms and a family bathroom on this level. You’ll also find the games room on the ground floor, complete with a children’s climbing wall and a multi-use games table to keep everyone entertained. Rounding off this level is a handy utility room. Heading upstairs, discover a spectacular, open-plan living space for spending quality time together. This room boasts an impressive, vaulted ceiling, wooden floors, and large windows framing far-reaching coastal views. The sleek kitchen area is equipped with everything needed to cater for a large group, and a beautiful oak dining table with seating for everyone takes centre stage in the room. At the far end is a lounge area with comfortable seating set around a Smart TV. You’ll find further seating areas dotted around the open-plan room, and there’s also a fun sailing boat-themed snug/play area for children. Outside, you’ll have a choice of areas for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sunshine. To the rear of the property is a landscaped garden with a patio area, lawn, and an outdoor shower/drying area for wetsuits. There is a beautiful balcony at the front of the property, with comfortable furniture to relax on and admire the views across the estuary. Finally - accessed via the first floor living space – there’s a fabulous, glass-fronted balcony where you can dine alfresco or sip a sundowner after a day of adventure.
Newquay is a vibrant seaside resort, with plenty to see and do. The town has a great range of eateries, many serving fresh seafood, and there are also ice cream parlours and traditional fish and chip shops within the town. Along with Crantock Beach, you’ll also be within easy reach of Newquay’s other, iconic beaches, including Fistral, Towan, and Watergate Bay (all within 5 miles). The wild and rugged South West Coast Path passes through Newquay, offering exceptional walking opportunities. For a fun, family day out, Lappa Valley is just 5.5 miles away.
