A light oak and glass staircase accesses all floors adorned in light oak whilst on the top floor discover a large bedroom suite with LG 48” TV, seating area, large shower room and balcony. Outside there is a large storage shed for surfboards and a hot and cold outside shower to wash off the salt and sand from wetsuits and surf boards! To the front are two dedicated parking spaces.
