“Room was spotless and staff were so friendly ”

“Found a room on the Hotels.com app but stopped by the hotel to check it out before booking. The front desk initially said no rooms were available, despite the app showing otherwise. After some persistence and a 10–15 minute discussion involving another staff member, I was shown a room I liked. Due to system issues, I was told to book through the app. I did so, paid, and received confirmation, which the clerk also saw—but they still couldn’t assign the room due to aforementioned system issue. “Strict check in time of 3 pm when kiosk opens - then it wouldn’t accept overseas postcode so staff had to check me in anyway. Spacious comfortable room. Enjoyable breakfast buffet - added at extra cost when booking. Convenient location just a short walk to Durham Old Town - Castle and Cathedral. ”

“Beautiful Hotel, fab food, breakfast amazing, clean comfortable beds room was a bit cold on arrival and took a bitbof time to heat up,but, there was an oil radiator in the room. The staff are fantastic, welcoming professional and helpful. ”

“Camera: molto bella e caratteristica (la mansarda) per via del letto sotto gli abbaini Bagno: non finestrato, ma bello ed elegante Personale: molto gentile e disponibile (oltre che paziente con chi come me litiga con la lingua ) Sala colazione /ristorante: molto bella, la colazione molto variegata. Cena al ristorante siamo stati bene. Aggiungo e concludo che dall’Hotel il centro è a due passi ”
