I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early.”

“The pool was green (on June 21), the hallways were dirty. I walked by the same pile of potato chip crumbs in the hall floor for three days. They didn't clean the rooms or provide fresh towels. The bathtub did not drain -by the time the shower was over I was standing in calf-deep water. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that was as dirty.
