“Not enough towels. No cups or glasses”

“830 pm arrival and soon thereafter I was asking for a broom and dustpan to sweep the dirty floors and clean up the corners of cobwebs and some dead bugs. Waste basket in bathroom hadn’t been emptied so I took that down to front desk. No washcloths nor cups for drinking or having a cup of coffee/tea nor did I want one after seeing the condition of the coffee maker with a coffee packet stuck in the upper part of machine. The bed was made, clean and comfortable. I have crossed this unit off my list...
