Room is clean with beautiful views of ocean and pools through a big sliding door and balcony but you have to close it when you’re sleeping because of air planes taking off from the air port near by. Breakfast is quite good with Western food and Eastern food, staffs at front desk are just okay not as courtesy as other resorts but other staffs are fine. It’s definitely worth it! "Camera vissuta con alcuni dettagli da rivedere. Sedia con pelle rovinata. Cestino per rifiuti vecchio.Pulizia sufficiente. Fatevi un giro nelle camere. Un hotel 5 stelle non può permettersi sbavature. Colazione migliorabile soprattutto per i prodotti senza glutine. C’era solo un pane che veniva scaldato malissimo ( microonde) ed era quindi non commestibile. Per fortuna avevo i miei biscotti. Alcuni dipendenti falsamente gentili. Piscina con ore di sole contate( dalle 8,00 alle 11,00 am). Spiaggia con 10 ombrelloni e 20 lettini. E 1200 persone che non sapevano dove prendere sole. Il manager del front desk doveva inviarmi la fattura fiscale a nome della mia società ma non lo ha mai fatto. Scorretto e bugiardo.Palestra piccola . Appena sufficientemente attrezzata."
