“The room was neat, clean, and updated. The pool was clean and a nice temp. Our room just happened to receive a new AC, it worked amazingly.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The shower curtain was too short so the bathroom was flooded a bit during showers. The breakfast was very simple.”

“The hotel is family friendly. The staff were very helpful. Service was awesome. Our room floor was dirty. My daughter’s white socks got dirty in less than 5 minutes of walking on the floors with it. The grout in our shower tile was mostly brown though some parts were clean. Sheets and towels looked pretty old. Pool was cloudy and didn’t look clean at all so the kids passed on that. Breakfast was average. Overall, location was convenient for our events so was ok.”

“Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room.”

“We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)”

“Beautiful hotel, needs recycling that’s separate from trash though (had a pop can that I wanted to toss but was directed to put in trash can as if I wouldn’t know the difference; counter staff should’ve just said that no recycling existed). would definitely stay there again, but a greeting that I don’t have to initiate would be nice; streaming worked, bed was comfy, hotel/room was nice & quiet, but didn’t enjoy the stain on one of the sheets. Why sheets with such an obvious stain would be reused...

“We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent.”

“Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay.”

“Great place if you’re traveling to watch games at Gillette Stadium. The location is convenient. The property is super clean. The staff are super friendly. The free breakfast was decent. Would definitely come back if I’m traveling to New London again.”
