I asked for something and she wouldn’t make an effort to find a way to help or at least make a suggestion for a solution. I remember her from last year and it was the same attitude. “This is one of the best hotels to stay in Mass. I go here every time I am going to a concert, or staying for a weekend. The cleanliness is on point, what is offered here is amazing for the price! Check in and out is quick, and really great. There is a place to eat next door, open late, snacks in the lobby, great outdoor area, its has everything but free breakfast; but me personally I would much rather have somewhere clean to stay than a free breakfast!”
