Me and my wife picked this place based on the pictures and the price. When we got there it was nothing like the pictures. They used fish eye cameras to deceive customers into thinking the rooms are bigger than they actually are. We booked for 4 nights and on the third night we were a woken up to the sounds of dripping water. Turns out the roof was leaking. I went to the front desk and the girl had given us a new room. Unfortunately it was the room directly beside the one we originally had. We were then woken up to my wife getting dripped on as the roof in this room also started leaking around 430 am. We had to wait until 9am in order to demand a new room. As no one is at the desk between 4 and 9 am. This time we got a proper room on the main floor. The saddest part is that you can tell the owners do not care as they did not bother fixing these problems from the past they did cheap patch work only. I was also disappointed in the fact that the pool was not working it says it was due to maintenance but you can see that the pool has not been actively used on months. So maintenance is not the only issue. We had asked for a refund of at least one day but have been given no reply back. Also it take 1 day to take you security deposit but takes 7 days before they refund it back. Unacceptable. What happened to the days of having pride in one work. This is not the Niagara Falls I was born in. Id be ashamed if I was this owner.
