I was given a room at a lower level than I’d paid for. Had to change rooms to get view I’d paid for. Talked to others that hard same issue. Check in was chaotic. Parking was expensive and chaotic as pull up area small and so many pulling in at same time and instructions very vague. Restaurant - we waited 15 minutes after seated and no one came to serve water or drop off menu. No apologies when brought to their attention.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the view from our room was amazing. We would definitely be coming back to this hotel again whenever we are going visit Niagara.

These rooms were small in comparison to other Embassies we have stayed at. Odd room layouts. The hotel itself was nice. The complimentary breakfast was our least favorite at an Embassy. Our family likes to book a stay at an Embassy on occasion if we can find them. They usually have great rooms, managers reception, pool/hot tub, big breakfasts etc. This one, for us, didn’t hit the mark.

We stayed the night for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. The Keg / breakfast on the 9th floor provides a spectacular sight line while having a breakfast and dinner. Our room was a falls view and was able to watch the fireworks. Staff was very friendly and helpful On-site parking is great (albeit a tad $ in my opinion) Only other gripe would be slowish elevators but it’s a 40 floor hotel so.

We loved the views from our suite. Enjoyed the fireworks from our room. It was an excellent experience. It would have been nice if embassy suites could give the passes for the incline.

Probably one of the best falls view hotel options here. Parking is a scam, $70 a night in their garage.

The stay was good, rooms are decent sized (bathroom is tiny), clean, modern, but there’s a few things that I was a little surprised by. First of all parking was $70/night if we wanted to park on premises, there’s an $35 option but it’s off site and a shuttle bus will take you to and from the hotel (2 minute ride which isn’t bad tbh). However after spending $700 a night on a room I think parking should be included. I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world and haven’t had to pay for parking on top. Secondly everything single thing on the tv was an added PPV. Again after spending $700 a night on a room, this should also be included. We had our 7 year old with us and it would have been nice to have a tv service in the room. Thirdly, we didn’t sleep well as there was a baby next door crying their eyes out most of the night. This is in no way shape or form a negative comment for the hotel - however it’s the first time I’ve noticed how much I could hear from a room next door in a hotel room so I think the walls aren’t as sound proofed as they maybe should be. Could happen anywhere I guess. On a positive note - the views are fantastic. The cost of the room really is for the view. We had a stunning view of both the falls and a great view of the fireworks at night.

Great view of the Falls, room was perfect, location is great to get out and walk or have a great dine in experience! Valet staff were amazing, front desk check in was very welcoming. The checkout gentleman didn’t have a great personality unfortunately making that experience a thumbs down!

Belle hôtel et très propre cependant problèmes d ascenseurs......beaucoup de temps perdus à attendre, stationnement beaucoup trop chère et en plus ont dois payer pour avoir le Wi-Fi .oublié le divan lit pour dormir c est atroce pour le dos !

Great location- close to the falls, room was nice too for the view you get but the cleanliness was not up to the mark. The air filtration is terrible too as you see and feel micro fibre falling on everything in the room making stuff dusty possible coming from the vents. That also makes breathing/inhaling unpleasant. Not the best experience

Disappointing I booked for “ King Bed with Sofa Bed and view of Niagara Falls & American Falls ”, the window is only about 4 feet wide. The king size bed is smaller than normal king bed. The whole room is super narrow. Breakfast ends at 9:30 so it gets super crowded at 9:30 as everyone tried to grab food before it ends, and food was bad. No complementary water or slippers.

Washroom exhaust very noisy, our room not provided with hair dryer first time checking in a hotel that has not privided, lobby staff not friendly. Over all not coming back in this hotel.
