The Space:
The home boasts 3 sleeping rooms allowing 6 people to stay comfortably. 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. 3rd sleeping room is located a few steps down from the main floor with glass sliding doors leading to the backyard. *This room is separated from the other spaces but does not have a door, closet or blackout curtains.
Your comfort is our priority. We provide our guests with towels and linens and all basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc.
Onsite washer and dryer are available for your use.
Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including a regular drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.
FREE parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Our backyard is set up for guest enjoyment but respecting our neighbors is a priority. All guests must adhere to outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am. Outdoor noise levels must be kept to a reasonable volume at all other times.
Bbq is on a guest sharing system. Guests are responsible for cleaning before and after use. No propane tank is needed, it’s on a gas line.
Check out time is strictly 11am. Unauthorized late check out fees apply.
