We had an amazing stay! Esther and Roger were wonderful hosts. The property is exactly as pictured. Property is in a very accessible, but quiet neighborhood with a beautiful yard. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Anything we may have needed was provided. The breakfast provided by Esther was wonderful. Wish I ate that well everyday. :) This was a great stay and next time I head to NOTL, this property will be my first choice of stay. We were about 15 minutes from downtown NOTL and seemed to be about the same distance to the Falls. (We did not make it to the Falls, as we had been before.) We took Day 1 to explore shopping in the more central area of chain stores and restaurants. Don't miss the great Outlet mall! In the evening, we made it over to NOTL for dinner. Day 2, after Esther's wonderful breakfast, we headed to various wineries, distilleries and breweries. If you are a light drinker or not a drinker at all, there was always some type of non-alcoholic option available. It was fun to admire the beautiful grounds of the various wineries and have a nice relaxing day.You will not be disappointed in your stay.

This home provided everything we needed, including a lovely backyard space with barbecue, patio table and chairs and a gazebo which was perfect for our morning coffee. The only concern we had was with the backyard surveillance system that audibly let us know we were being monitored every time we moved from one spot to another. The hosts, Esther and Roger, were wonderfully accommodating and provided us with a hot home cooked breakfast every morning, along with fresh fruit from the local region. Definitely will consider returning when we're in the area again!

Great location and very friendly hosts. I originally booked with Vrbo because I thought I could cook on site. After booking, i found out that we cannot cook on site. I wasnt really looking for a bed and breakfast.

Ester and Roger were great hosts.. the location is perfect, able to avoid the Niagara Falls traffic. Easy route to Niagara on the Lake. The breakfast was delicious! Would definitely recommend this vacation rental!

Lovely accommodation. The hosts (Esther and Roger) were wonderful. They gave us a delicious breakfast each morning and were knowledgeable about the local area and sites to see. Our living quarters were spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful back yard, where we enjoyed relaxing in the gazebo. We felt very much at home and would not hesitate to recommend it (and also return)!

My husband and I had an absolute amazing time staying with Esther and her husband. The property was beautiful, clean, and they provided a wonderful breakfast that we looked for to every morning. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great Stay.

We chose this location as we were attending a wedding at Ravine Vineyard and it was perfect. We were able to walk to and from the venue, about 15 minutes each way. The use of the back yard was an added bonus and a great place to enjoy the weather and read a book. Breakfast was great and filling.

As a child, did you ever have a kindly aunt and uncle who would dote on you when you came to visit? that's what you can expect at this property. The basement suite itself offers all the amenities one would expect from a top notch rental, and more (everything smells so nice!) But it is the service that makes this place stellar. Ester and Roger treat you like family - eager to please, to visit and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The homemade breakfast is hearty and delicious, served with a side of Ester's morning sunshine. We adored our time here and will definitely come again. Only two small negatives, mostly out of the hosts' control. A local bylaw prohibits cooking in non-resident units, so the stove is off limits - not a big deal for us as we had little need of it. They have a security camera system in the backyard, which I appreciated and found reassuring, but every time you walked past, it would give a little announcement "you are being recorded". We just tuned it out after a bit but it was a minor annoyance.Overall, one of the best rentals we've ever been to. I wish I could give it more stars.

Just like home

Esther and Roger made the experience amazing from beginning to end. The space was wonderful and comfortable. Made you feel like family. Breakfast was always top notch. The surprise Filipino dish was amazing also. Look forward to our next stay.

Our hosts Esther & Roger were amazing! Very friendly and willing to do whatever was required to make our stay comfortable and memorable! The property was immaculate and spacious and the breakfasts were so tasty! We definitely will be staying here again, in fact we have already booked another stay for the fall!

Great Stay in Niagara on The Lake

Ester was a fantastic host. The basement apartment was very large space with all the rooms and one bedroom. Very clean and as advertised. The breakfast was amazing! Close to many wineries.

Wonderful Apartment

Ester was very kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is included which was different each day, lots of food with fresh fruit, eggs, croissant, juice and more. Great location.

Fabulous Find!

This is a newer listing we found on a last-minute trip to the area. The accommodations are exactly as shown. Very clean, easy to find, so nice to have 1.5 baths! Love that the bedroom entrance is down the hall, allowing someone to go to bed earlier or take a nap while others can still watch TV. Parking was onsite. Near wineries. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and even provide breakfast. We look forward to staying here again when visiting the area.

Niagara on the lake stay

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The location is in a residential area, easily accessible to Niagara on the lake and many wineries. It is the lower level of our host's home and was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts, Esther and Roger were very accommodating and were available to answer any questions we had. Very enjoyable stay!
