Benvenuti al Parkview Cottage! Sei in un'ottima posizione solo un paio di strade per lo shopping, Shaw Theatre, il lungomare e ristoranti nel centro storico, Niagara-on-the-Lake!



DESCRIZIONE: La nostra accogliente casa offre 2 camere da letto e un bagno, cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie, WiFi gratuito e un bellissimo giardino sul retro con una passeggiata fuori dalla cucina.



Tutto è situato su un piano ad eccezione della lavanderia che si trova nel livello inferiore.

La nostra casa vacanze è perfetta per un massimo di 4 persone! Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale! Il bagno in 4 pezzi è una combinazione doccia vasca ed è stato recentemente aggiornato!

Il concetto aperto soggiorno e sala da pranzo è l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata impegnativa tour siti del patrimonio, cantine, birrerie o partecipare ad un gioco Shaw! La cucina è attrezzata con posate, pentole, caffettiera, frigorifero, fornelli, lavastoviglie, piatti, posate, bicchieri!

Abbiamo una piccola veranda davanti all'ingresso principale che è fantastico la sera per osservare le persone che passano, e spesso è possibile vedere le carrozze trainate da cavalli che vanno e vengono.

La terrazza esterna con posti a sedere per 4 e un barbecue / grill è sul lato sud della casa così grande per il pomeriggio o la sera. È facilmente accessibile in cucina. Il cortile recintato offre uno spazio tranquillo per rilassarsi!

Parkview Cottage costruito negli anni '50 ha l'originale porta d'ingresso e pavimenti in legno. Ci sono stati numerosi aggiornamenti da allora, ma ha ancora la sensazione pittoresca dell'architettura moderna della metà del secolo.

La nostra casa è ideale per una o due coppie o una piccola famiglia con parcheggio per 2 auto.

La piscina della comunità si trova proprio accanto ed è aperta da metà giugno al weekend del Labor Day. (Nota c'è una tariffa giornaliera per il pool di comunità.)

POSIZIONE: Situato in posizione centrale nel cuore del centro storico, Niagara-on-the-Lake si può andare ovunque a piedi. A pochi passi dal Veterans Memorial Park con piscina pubblica, campi da tennis e sentieri. Vuoi andare in negozi, ristoranti, lungomare e teatri vicino a Queen Street? Our stay at Parkview Cottage was perfect in every way. Close to shops and restaurants, tastefully decorated, clean, cozy and safe. My only recommendation is to please provide better quality hangers. Metal hangers destroy clothes.

Wonderful stay in heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake

This cottage is perfect get away for Niagara-on-the-Lake. You are 5 minutes walk from the heart of this beautiful town and yet the cottage is so queit. It has everything you need for your stay and a very beautiful garden! The hosts were extremely responsive and i was really impressed with their dedication to customer service.

Fantastic Property

Great cottage which was suitable for four adults. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great area. In walking distance to all amenities. Great shopping, restaurants and beautiful properties. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Fire stick

I've stayed at before. This sink is still too small, but the most annoying issue is the fire stick. As far as I can determine, it's virtually useless unless one has the requisite app. For example, Fibe TV should be a sine qua non of such accommodation but I couldn't access it. I couldn't get any live news but Global! If the fire stick has more to offer, then there needs to be instructions. Otherwise, the location, cleanliness, and general care is excellent. Could you use a few large glasses for soft drinks. Didn't communicate with the property manager except through the app so can only give a 3. I was there on the weekend so I couldn't get insight into the fire stick.

Lovely cottage in an excellent location

I have visited NOTL previously and always use a VRBO property for accommodations. This time, I came with a friend, and we selected this lovely property. We were so pleased with how cute it is, what great condition it's in, and the convenient location. We were so comfortable! We used the little kitchen to make breakfast, and found we had what we needed. We enjoyed a nice happy hour on the back deck, and enjoyed the view of the garden behind the cottage. All in all, we couldn't have enjoyed this property more!

My wife and I had a nice stay here. The location is 10/10 right off King Street and an easy 5 minute walk into town. The house is simple and comfortable. Would stay here again.

A week of fun

When we arrived, there was nobody around. Called after hours phone and they called back saying I should have received an eight diget code to get in. Had not received. When they gave me the code over the phone, it took several trys to open the door. Once inside, we were very happy and settled in quickly for our weeks stay. One suggestion is to have at least one safety grab bar in the tub/shower. (especially for us older folks). Bed in master is very comfortable and kitchen well equiped all though we are out almost every night at great restaurants and wineries. Would highly recommend renting for at least a week since there are so many things to do in a relatively small geographic area.

Perfect location

We enjoyed staying in the tiny but mighty home! It was walking distance to everything -shopping, dining, and tennis. And easy access to wineries and other activities. Very clean and comfortable too!

Cute and clean cottage, great location!

We had a lovely stay in this cottage just steps away from bustling downtown Niagara on the Lake. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing missing was a dish towel and bar cloth to wipe the counters and the toaster was broken. Other than that, it was great! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place, even better location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has everything you need. The best part is the location. Right next to a park and couple blocks from city center. The back yard is picturesque too. NOTL is really a great place to visit and shop and enjoy nature. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for sharing your home!

Helpful suggestions

I found that the host had taken effort to maintain the property - such as painted bedrooms and groomed garden - but there were areas where a little effort would make a significant difference: 1. The bathroom sink was unacceptably small, particularly combined with a large faucet that made it impossible to wash one's face without splashing outside the sink. The solution likely is a pedestal sink of normal size. I notice that the heating is under the existing sink but no change in this bathroom would be difficult since access if from an open ceiling below. This is not so much a complaint but a statement of wonder at the incongruity of this sink. 2. The TV has only a 'fire stick'. I don't know much about that but I found that I could only find American news - not interested in Fox News, thank you - despite trying every day. There are supposed to be apps for Canadian channels but I couldn't find them. Many other apps are promised but one apparently has to pay for them. Why is there no cable, giving the price of cable is a negligible expense? 3. There are no large glasses so I had to drink a can of coke through successive pourings in to a small glass. Some places reek of corner cutting by the host but that was not the case here. Hence, I find this failings, which could be resolved in a day, out of character. Looking forward to staying again.

Niagara Time

We loved our little home base in Niagara-on-the-Lake. My husband and I and our dog enjoyed this charming little house and the beautiful yard. It was perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and theaters yet was in a quiet location. There is a large park nearby that is great for walks. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Cozy House Close To the Historic Old Town

This was a wonderful little house, ideally sized for up to 4 people. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen. Lovely deck. Walking distance to the theatres and shopping. Would stay again.
