“If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.”

“The location was great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. My only comment was that it was very loud upstairs when the apartment upstairs was being cleaned. Otherwise, relaxing place to stay.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay and William, the host, is amazing. He greets you, tells you everything you need to know about staying there and even provides lovely choices for a nice continental breakfast, and coffee, tea and snacks for whenever. It's a beautiful Victorian house that has been impeccably refurbished and cared for. It's very clean and comfortable. William will make you feel right at home!”

“We had the absolute best time staying here. The view is beautiful and peaceful and the unit itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved taking the kayaks out on the lake and sitting on the deck to relax. We would definitely come back!”

“Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place...

“The location is perfect, just a few houses from the beach. The unit has a great view, very clean and new. The owners/managers were very prompt and communicative. I was VERY hesitant to book a place without reviews- but this was an excellent choice. The beach is clean and private, people are friendly. I will happily stay again!”
