We pay 18% commission so may be you can understand that we received only 257 euros from Expedia for your stay. The balance is for Expedia not for us ! The same room if you book directly with us will be at 10% less price but everyone is free to book with everyone...

You simply did not appreciate that one evening, when you came back with a pizza, and sat on the terrace, I informed you that you could not dine here, given that I was serving customers who had reservations, dinner.When you go to a restaurant, do you bring your own food?You yourself noticed and saw that I took care of everyone, both at the bar, at reception, in the rooms... so if for you to be with all the customers and ensure that they have a pleasant stay is not the service, I wonder what you need?
