L'Art des amis (l'arte di amici) è un bellissimo attico una camera da letto al 6 ° piano (7 ° US) con una grande terrazza esposta a sud di uno splendido edificio Belle Époque nel Quartiere Musicisti nel centro di Nizza, a 5 isolati al largo della spiaggia, direttamente dietro l'Hotel Negresco. Passo in antico gabbia ascensore ed essere spazzato fino a una fuga romantica vacanza che non dimenticherete mai! Rivolta a sud, calda luce del sole inonda l'appartamento dal mattino fino al tramonto. Porte francese in soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto e si aprono su balconi, dove potrete godere della brezza e le viste panoramiche verso il mare. (Questo bandiera francese che si vede svolazzare in lontananza in cima alla Negresco.) L'arte di amici personali è descritto tutto.


Ristrutturato per avvicinarlo a sentire l'architettura del periodo della Belle Époque, l'appartamento dispone di una nuova pavimentazione in legno in soggiorno e camere da letto e piastrelle termine fissato nel ingresso e cucina. Il mobili da cucina è stato completamente sostituito e la congruenza boiserie installato con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e granito. Passo attraverso la porta-finestra su al balcone e godere petit déjeuner al sole al tavolo caffè per due. Piatti, bicchieri, posate, macchina per caffè espresso e utensili da cucina sono tutti forniti si dovrebbe scegliere di provare a cucinare nizzarda. Il soggiorno dispone di un divano nero George Nelson ispirazione per 3 e una comoda poltrona moderna 'rossetto'. TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e connessione internet fornita. Il design tavolino di vetro è di Isamu Noguchi (1948), tavolini di Eileen Gray (1927), e lampada da tavolo guanto di Wilhem Wagenfeld (1924) Anche se questo è in realtà un 'adulto' esperienza appartamento, i bambini sono i benvenuti!

The location of L’Art Des Amis was perfect for our 5 night stay in Nice, everything was walkable. Communication with the owners was excellent from the time of booking to arrival. This is an absolutely superb apartment, super-clean, well laid out and and exactly as shown in the photos. Fantastic location to get around Nice and it's environs. The (many) recommendations from the hosts for restaurants and shops etc were really helpful. We would love to have the opportunity to stay here again whenever we return to Nice

Die Wohnung ist auch für mehrwöchige Aufenthalte gut geeignet. Highlight ist der Balkon. Wer abends seine Ruhe haben möchte, kann dort mit freiem Blick die Gedanke schweifen lassen. Eine Wohltat in dieser tollen aber doch sehr quirligen Stadt.

Best VRBO Experience

Over many years renting this rental wins the top award. The information provided by the owners was all encompassing. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Every necessity is met within short walking distance, groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, Train, tram, busses, etc... The owner warns there is no air conditioning which may be a factor when temperatures rise above 80°F / 26°C. But, most often there is a breeze through the apartment which allows for a good night's rest. We found this rental to be perfect for our visit to Nice and would not hesitate to rent it again when we return.

Great pied-a-terre in Nice

My daughter and I spent a wonderful week in Nice and loved the apartment. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with shops and restaurants close by and most everything is within walking distance but the tram is also not far. The apartment is beautifully decorated, is very comfortable and has everything you could need in the kitchen. We went in January and were able to sit on the balcony for breakfast and in the afternoon. It was very hard to leave! I would definitely stay there again.

Idyllic Nice stay

The apartment was wonderful and even better than the pictures. The decor and artwork, every detail was wonderful. Having the terraces was also such a treat and relaxing in the sun reading my book was perfect. The surrounding streets were lovely and a perfect location which was so quiet and felt safe but few minutes walk to supermarkets, tram line, restaurants and fabulous patisseries. In 5-8 mins you were walking along the promenade to central Nice and lits of bars andcrestaurants. Any communication was responded to quickly and key pick up was so easy as well. We loved our stay and would def go back and stay here.

10 day break in Nice

The apartment is spacious for 2 people, laid out in a typically French style. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater if you need to, although there are plenty of restaurants available locally. The nesting seagulls on the roof were extremely noisy in the mornings, but it got us out of bed early! Sara Jane managed the hand over on our early arrival really well.

Fantastic apartment clean and spacious. Close to Alsace Lorraine tram. Also just outside the door the 38 bus - a little electric number - will take you to to the port or old town. There are a number if grocery stores nearby and a large Casino left on Gambetta a few blocks towards Promenade Des Anglais. The closer Casino does not open Sundays.

The best

We had been to Nice 5 times but this apartment is by far the best accommodation. The bedroom and the living is well decorate and very stylish while still keep the original charm. The kitchen have everything you need for self catering and so attention to details. I love the quality of crockery, plates very nice to use. Nice heatwaves was unbearable at night without the aircon when you going to sleep but I knew it before I booked so I have no complaints. I highly recommend you book this apartment with no doubt.

Die ideale Wohnung

Eigentlich dürfte man das hier nicht schreiben, um sich den „Geheimtipp“ nicht kaputt zu machen, aber die Wohnung passt zu allen Urlaubslagen. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Bahnhof, Strand, neuerer Altstadt und der eigentlichen Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist herrlich. Da alle Zimmer nach hinten gehen, bekommt man von der lebendigen Lage nichts mit. Der Blick vom Balkon ist frei und lädt zum träumen ein. Die nahversorgungslage ist ausgezeichnet. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wonderful apartment in Central Nice

Our best experience of holiday rental in Nice having holidayed here many times. The apartment lived up to our expectations and more! Could not fault it in any way. Communication was first class, the position of the property was central to the city and yet it was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nice. Absolute Perfection!

We loved everything about our stay, and definitely plan on returning in the future! The apartment was clean and well maintained, and exactly as it was represented in the photos. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. For trips that were a little farther than walking distance, the tram station was within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We took the tram to and from the airport with ease. There were also plenty of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc within walking distance as well. Communication between both the owners and the property manager was easy and efficient. All questions were answered quickly and the property manager was responsive when we had a minor problem unlocking the door when we arrived at the apartment. We couldn't have been happier with our selection of this property. It had everything we needed - location, views, easy access to public transportation, great kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of charm and comfort. Quite simply, we found it to be perfect!
