In the heart of the home is the vivid purple kitchen — fun and functional — with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, retro-style fridge, dining table and all the essentials for cooking.
Outside, the small balcony is a good spot for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

The apartment is located on Avenue Auber, directly across from Nice-Ville train station, making it the perfect base to explore the city and the French Riviera. Jean Médecin (main shopping avenue) is just a few minutes away on foot.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Self check-in is available, keys can be collected from a partner merchant located 5 minutes away on foot.
Check-in possible until 11PM.

Located in central Nice, the apartment is just steps from public transport (tram, buses), the Jean Médecin shopping district, and many restaurants, bakeries and amenities.
From here, you can walk to the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in about 15 minutes, or take the train for a day trip to Cannes, Antibes or Monaco.
Other Things to Note:
The stay is customizable via services offered after the reservation is confirmed. Professional cleaning is carried out by us, and linen is provided.
Non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed.
Paid parking possible on the street, subject to availability.
When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you.
