KORNER AVENUE TERRACE is a pleasant studio located in the heart of the city center on the famous Avenue Jean Médecin.

You will enjoy the outdoors thanks to its pleasant terrace overlooking the courtyard.
Also benefit from a charming independent sleeping area.

In a modern style, it is perfectly equipped to allow you to fully enjoy your stay.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift in a beautiful, completely renovated building. It has free WIFI (fiber optic) and air conditioning.
From his TV you can access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.

You are located in the city, you will find a few steps from major brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Sephora, Zara, Fnac.
The Monoprix supermarket is located nearby.
Also, you will be a few minutes walk from the beaches.
The Jean Médecin tram stop at the bottom of your building will allow you to easily move around the city.

KORNER AVENUE TERRACE is composed as follows:

TERRACE:
The south facing terrace is composed of a table and 2 chairs, it will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals outdoors.

LIVING :
The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a desk and a dining table.
You will also find air conditioning.

KITCHEN:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a 3-star freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
You will also find the washing machine there.

NIGHT CORNER:
The independent sleeping area has a double bed, a bedside table as well as a flat screen TV to enjoy your movie or series evenings.
The storage cupboards are located in the entrance of the apartment.

BATHROOM :
The bathroom offers a nice shower, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, a magnifying mirror and WC.

Excellent location

Comfortable and reasonably spacious. Plenty of supermarkets close by, and on the main shopping street. Both trams within half a block. It's at the back of the building so relatively quiet. Air conditioned and has a lift. More than one teaspoon and even one sharp knife would be handy.

The checking process was super easy, with the app everything was simply described. The location is great, right on the shopping street. The train is right in front of the door and the beach and the train station are about 10 minutes away. The apartment is small but enough for 2 people in total. Unfortunately it didn't have any salt or pepper on site. A bit of a shame, since you still have to buy it... but otherwise well furnished. Gladly again!

Great spot

This unit was exactly what we needed and was wonderfully located. It is a studio (so small) but was both comfortable and easy to find. The management company was easy to contact and well took care of our needs. We left very happy. One good example of our positive experience was how, on our second day, the internet went "out" and could not be resolved from a distance. We sent an email (via VRBO) and had a response within the hour. On top of that, the issue was resolved by a technician while we were out visiting the city. The only negative to note is VERY minor but should be noted by anyone preparing to stay in the unit. The keys were to be picked up and returned at the rental agency - which is about a 15 minute walk from the unit. Just be aware one will need to figure in this walk as they arrive and depart. The best part of this unit is location. One could not have a better spot to enjoy the city. We left very happy having enjoyed the city, washed our dirty clothes in the washing machine, delighted in the air conditioning amid a very hot summer week and slept well. Gold stars all around.
