  • Important information - Work in progress in the building

    Please be advised that renovation work is currently underway in the building.

    This includes the installation of scaffolding on the façade, which prevents the shutters from being opened in the living room and master bedroom.

    In addition, there may be noise and visual disturbance during the day, as well as workmen passing through the communal areas.

    The rental rate has been adjusted accordingly to take account of these temporary inconveniences.



    LE PIERLAS is a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It is ideally located in the Port, a popular area of Nice. In a few minutes walk you will be in the Old Nice or on the Place Du Pin (trendy area of Nice).



    The apartment has a modern decoration. A palette of blues dresses the walls, the furniture and the decorative elements. The light wood, the cushions and the numerous suspensions give a cozy and warm atmosphere.

Perfect place for a stay in Nice .

The flat was close to the trams and easy access to everywhere in Nice. Also walking distance to the old town and harbour in 10-15 minutes walk. Very clean and everything needed in the apartment to full kitchen applications and equipped, to large bathroom. Comfortable areas to relax. Website clear and easy to use with all needed for a prefect easy stay from collecting and dropping off the keys to directions.

Clean and modern apartment

The apartment itself was very clean and modern. We had been advised of the scaffolding outside the building, however the cleanliness of the common areas in the building and the lighting in the staircases were less than ideal. The rental company did respond to our inquiries in a timely manner during working hours.

Here's what we liked: clean, casual and elegant decor. Spacious. Good location is a very walkable city. Easy access to bus and train. Here's what we didn't like: there is construction being done in the building. The whole front is covered with scafolding and the top floors are being redone. The apartment is on the second level, but for North Americans this is the third level. No elevator. Lots of stairs. There were limited supplies like toilet paper. Only one dish towel. We ended up buying more TP and papertowels. Lots of glasses, very limited dishes. We were there 9 nights, and no one came to clean. We didn't try hard, but we couldn't figure out how to contact management co to ask for more supplies and cleaning.
