La Marina House si trova all'angolo tra Bayshore Drive e Georgia Avenue, proprio nel cuore di Niceville, in Florida. Vieni in barca o in macchina. Siamo in grado di offrire uno scivolo in barca dall'altra parte della strada, se disponibile presso lo Yacht Club Niceville per una tariffa nominale.
Una casa pittoresca e confortevole con vista sul Boggy Bayou. Completamente arredato con tutto il necessario per rendere la tua vacanza speciale e completa! Abbiamo fatto il possibile e aggiunto tutti gli extra per farti sentire come a casa. Come nuovi proprietari continueremo l'eredità del precedente proprietario Alan per offrire un soggiorno indimenticabile a te e alla tua famiglia!
Vieni e goditi una casa pulita e ben arredata. Questa è una casa molto spaziosa con un piano camera da letto su due livelli e una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size. La casa ha una zona soggiorno e cucina aperta con un bar per la colazione e sgabelli. La master suite è completa di letto king size e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio. Due camere da letto aggiuntive, una con un letto king size e l'altra con 2 letti singoli. C'è un sacco di spazio per tutti per avere la loro privacy.
Fai una bella passeggiata lungo il bayou e vivi la bellezza naturale di Boggy Bayou. Rilassati sul ponte avvolgente sotto le querce coperte di muschio. La Marina House è davvero una casa molto speciale!
Un grande varo è proprio in fondo alla strada, facile e conveniente! Naviga nella splendida baia di Choctawhatchee o porta la tua barca a Crab Island e divertiti un po 'al sole!

Siamo a soli 4. 5 miglia da Destin's Mid-Bay Bridge, dove tutte le attività di Destin ha da offrire. Alla fine della giornata ti piacerà rilassarti alla Marina House o in una qualsiasi delle altre case che abbiamo a disposizione.

Great weekend stay.

Really enjoyed staying at the house. Super convenient location. Arrived to a clean house with lots of towels and amenities. Parking was super easy and the owner allowed us to park our Camper in front of the house during our stay.Suggestions for improvement would include adding more "drink ware" like wine glasses and silverware (you can never have too much). Thanks for everything!

Better than the Pictures!

The first thing my husband and I thought was that the layout of the property was far better than the photos. Large rooms, walk-in closets in every room, a great open space, and a well-separated Master Suite, all on one-level, which is essential for my husband. Nice wrap-around porch where we sat most nights (it could use a paint refresh, but that is minor nit-picking). Across from a VERY busy bar/restaurant, so if privacy is paramount to you, this might not be the right place. However, the house was generally quiet despite the crowds, and we loved the setting at the restaurant, both for drinks downstairs and food upstairs. The screen doors both had issues closing, but again, this was nothing that would change our stay: just an observation and perhaps problematic if you had children of an age to wander outdoors. The icing on top was the responsiveness of the owner. I asked to have oxygen delivered for my husband on Friday--we didn't arrive until Sunday--and the owner met with the company to get that accomplished. We also had an issue with the burners on the stove and the owner had it repaired immediately. Despite that, the owner remained unobtrusive throughout our stay, which is our strong preference. Although we chose the home initially because it was only a mile away from our daughter's house and across the street from a marina, we would absolutely stay again because of how "comfortable" it was. We had family over frequently and they said the same. Absolutely recommend highly! (Note: The 4-stars for check-in is only because the lockbox was VERY hard to open, not because of the owner or any significant difficulties with the process.)

Great property

This house is great! It is ideally situated between Destin and Fort Walton Beach. It’s very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. It was very clean and has been updated since our last stay. The check in/ check out process was painless and contact free. Wharf 850 is a quick walk across the street for dinner. We will continue to stay here when visiting the Panhandle. Thank you for a wonderful time!

World Series

We had a really wonderful experience and everything was just absolutely perfect. House was very spacious and welcoming and the area was great. We stayed here for my sons baseball World Series and it was the best choice. Plus we came home champions! Would definitely recommend this place.

Great local home

I wanted a nice house in my home town and near my parents and I got it! Close to The Wharf 850 for food and drink with beautiful sunsets. This home really is a great place to relax. I can't really complain, but I would like to see a larger water heater installed at some point.

Quiet Neighborhood With A Great View

Beautiful and clean house!

The home was gorgeous, clean and perfectly set up for us! My husband and I stayed there with our 5 kids. We all slept great! The hot water heater went out while we were there, but they took care of it immediately for us! Awesome communication and response time! Would definitely stay there again if we come out this way!

Family Reunion Fun!

This rental worked well, big rooms and close to everything we needed. My only suggestion, more paper towels and trash bags were needed. Oh! and outside trash was hard to find! We would definitely rent again!

Great getaway place

The marina house is very spacious, with a large kitchen, dining room, bed rooms and bathrooms. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. The marina right across the street is a definite plus. Ana and Allen are very helpful. This is a pleasant area, we stayed 6 weeks.🙂

Exactly what we needed

Very nice spacious house. Quiet area and close to Publix and other local stores. We were still able to get to Destin and Ft Walton in less than 25 minutes without staying in the craziness of down there. Rooms were all nice size and a nice big open kitchen. Very relaxing stay.
