“Everything was great with the exception of the pool. It didn’t appear very clean. I really wanted to get a room with a pool, which I did, but once I saw the pool, I was quite upset.
The beds and pillows were comfy, the hotel parking was great, the food was just ok. Nothing special.”

“The unit stunk of rotting garbage and had flies. I called the host but wasn’t able to have anyone take care of the problem. They offered to change the unit at 1am in the morning. The property obviously doesn’t have a property manager so they don’t even know what condition the property is in.”

“Our first room had a bathroom faucet that was broken and they were not able to repair it. They moved us to another room and the new room was what I would call an "architectural afterthought" .. It was a fairly small room in a very odd size/configuration due to the shape of the hotel around it. It was serviceable but odd.
The staff were very open and apologetic about our concerns.”
