“Clean and quiet stay. We were in the Executive King Bed size room. I liked the set up of it, seemed a good amount of floor space. Bathroom had a lot of counter space & was clean. Water was hot, but the shower pressure was kind of low, not too bad though. Main problem with our room was we were on the 7th floor and had no wi-fi. Called the first night to ask if there was a password because it just kept spinning around. We asked if it takes awhile to get on sometimes & they said yes. Next morning...

“The staff were very good, however, the facility leaves food items for breakfast or and unattended. Some patrons helped themselves to the food at night, touching with their hands. We reported it but not sure if the food items (bagels, muffins, etc were thrown away or not. Also, silverware and paper products were left out too, people were also helping themselves.... there was no way we would eat there.”

“The rooms were basic and a little worse for wear. But appreciate fridge and microwave. Not all the outlets worked but there were a lot of them. Decent breakfast options (eggs, grits, waffles, apples, cereal, yogurt, biscuits, muffins, toast, instant, oatmeal, but no butter!) The front desk staff seemed like they only wanted to get through their day and not very customer service friendly. They weren't rude or anything but they didn't give any basic guidance or info until asked and then only...
