“Room was good, Only two towels in the room so you have to ask for more if you need. No bottled water, so take some. If you buy at the hotel it's way overpriced. $8 for a liter of water”

“Enjoyed my stay and extended it. Close to everything. Clean and spacious. Had check in issues initially but was able to call and get handled quickly. Parking is also a big plus. Will definitely book again however will choose higher upper floor.”

“In the first room given, the AC didn't work, but they immediately gave us a bigger new room with good AC. However the view from the window is a narrow wall. But because we stayed only to sleep, it did not really matter. We couldn't find the hair dryer, they gave one fast. Finally the original hair dryer was found in the drawer inside the bathroom. We like the room is big. The ammenities should be asked. Slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste were not provided in the room if we did not ask. Then...

“We loved our stay at the Royal Sonesta. It was the perfect location for a Twins game and made it very easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The only issue was the first responders sirens that happened in the middle of the night. Nothing that can be done but it does wake you up.”

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!”

“Loved everything about our stay. The hotel is excellent is every aspect. They have great extras like 2 free drinks per day and snacks. Their suites are very comfortable and spacious. The location close to everything including Target Field and many excellent restaurants. I would absolutely stay there again. Minneapolis is a beautiful and welcoming city!”

“The hotel room was great except for being on the 26th floor there was no ater presssure and couldnt take a proper shower. They were short staffed most days and coulnt just get a quick cup of coffee due to lack of service staff.”
