“Viajamos 5 personas de mi familia y 3 tuvimos alergia a la comidas mi hijo y yo perdimos un di a recuperándonos pero mi hija tuvo que ir al doctor a que la inyectaran y tuvimos que pagar el doctor y la medicina de nuestra bolsa no se isieron responsables en ningún momento de nada muy mala atención en ese aspecto no nos compensaron de ninyuna forma los días que perdimos por su comida”

“We loved the hotel, however we were woken up by loud construction going on in the property each morning and our shade was broken in our room which was never addressed after we reported it several times. The only other thing is if you are going to this hotel DO NOT FLY INTO SJO. THE TRAFFIC IS DANGEROUS AND 5.5 hour drive. Expedia is at fault on this. They should not even have it as an alternative. It’s like wanting to go see the Alamo and they fly you into Dallas.”

“Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great and not to be missed. We enjoyed the evening cocktail at sunset provided by the hotel a short walk down a path to the beach. Monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds. We traveled with 4 teenagers who loved the location, walkable to town, or short uber. Fun shopping and local restaurants on the beach. Ocean is swimmable with local rentals in town. Villas are spacious and well stocked with kitchen, large living room. Staff was very helpful...
