Hotel a Nigel

“When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”

“My flight landed at 7pm from GA, this is when I inquired as to where to get the shuttle. I was informed that they do not have transport services, and for me to take an Uber. Where do I find the Uber? Dont I need an app for that? Also I expressed that I would not have booked here if it didnt include transportation from the airport. “One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me.
